tracking value of 90%

Where's a good online place to determine the bid price of 90%? (I don't want to sell but I like to keep a spreadsheet updated to track values)

I've been looking at apmex but their ask price is always higher than my local dealer so I'm not sure if apmex's bid price is good to go by or not.

Suggestions?

It's usually updated daily, but there is a note on there now saying the owner of coinflation.com is on vacation until 4/30/06 because he is moving, so it won't be updated again until then.
